About the Academy

The Czech Academy of Dermatovenereology is a voluntary association, a non-profit organization that builds on the objectives of a public benefit corporation of the same name. Its two main objectives are education in the field of dermatovenereology and representation of the field in the Czech Republic and abroad. The Czech Academy of Dermatovenereology consisted of a total of 546 members as of 6th January 2013 (after only four years of its existence).
It is a collective member of two leading international organizations:
International League of Dermatological Societies
European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology
